If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products are generally considered final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing the product details and specifications carefully before placing your order. Our team is always happy to help with questions before you purchase.
